Great facilities in the hotel with nice friendly staff and the apartment was big, clean and tidy.
Would have been nice to have more meat ie, bacon, lunsa ect... for breakfast. and a variety of bread
We stayed in the apartments, lovely new apartment. Ideal for us as a small family.
I made this booking on behalf of my Grandparents; who returned for their second stay at the hotel. I haven't been able to get a completely detailed review out of them, but I would just like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to the staff at The Ship Inn Hotel. My Grandmother was unexpectedly taken ill on the second day of their trip and was taken to hospital by Ambulance. My Grandfather was having to go back and forth from the hotel, to the hospital every day and had nothing but good things to say about how the staff were helping him and also checking in on how my Grandmother was doing. He had so many nice things to say about the staff and how they treated them both when this happened, so I am extremely grateful. It's such a shame that their stay was cut short, but the way the team reacted in this scenario couldn't have been nicer.

I think it's one of the best hotels for those who don't like the concept of a large multi-storey hotel. The breakfast menu is quite satisfactory with many options, the common areas are well maintained, clean, the hotel staff is friendly.

I like absolutely everything in that hotel -the swimming pool where I was going to swim early in the morning, staff who were attentive to requests and all problems were resolved immediately.

The hotel is situated quite conveniently, and is easy to find. The staff have always been polite and quite helpful with our queries. Our room was well-maintained and cleaned in a timely fashion. The breakfast, while could use a bit of a menu expansion, is solid, and there are always cafes and restaurants located close by.
